. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we are here to help you.
Return upon customer request (due to any manufacturing defects):
Product warranty against manufacturing defects up to 30 days
Return is requested without any cost to the customer, whether for products or shipping
The product is photographed from three different angles of the product to ensure the product and its condition initially.
The product received must be the same as that sent from our warehouses in relation to your order.
Communication is made through page messages or website messages or the WhatsApp number specified on the Facebook page or through our email
Reverse receipt takes up to 10-15 working days according to the rules governing shipping companies.
All of the previous steps do not bear any expenses for the customer at all.
Return upon customer request (without manufacturing defects):
The product received must be the same as that sent from our warehouses in relation to your order.
The product is photographed from three different angles of the product to initially verify the product and its condition.
Once the received product is confirmed to match the sender, an audit will be conducted based on the intact label and unused condition.
If the product is in a used condition, we will not be able to complete your order (as the product is for personal use and may not be traded to others again)
The refund process will not start until we receive the product back in our warehouse and complete all quality checks and verification at our end.
Please note that the payment fees are calculated as a credit that you can use to choose other products from us or the same products again.
In case of approval of the return, the shipping costs are calculated based on the geographical area of the return request again and thus (the full shipping costs are calculated twice sending and receiving)
Once the return/exchange request is successfully submitted, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are met, we will arrange an alternative selection.

You can return the items received as damaged or defective and unsuitable for use.
Return requests can only be accepted after 48 hours from the customer receiving the product and without any use.
